How to put in molded earplugs?
Can someone tell me the procedure to insert molded ear plugs into my ears? These were made 10 years ago by someone at a gunshow. I haven't used them in years and can't find the instructions. Any help appreciated. Cheryl

I don't use molded, but I learned a trick in the Navy for putting in the foam type. Use your opposite hand and reach behind your head and grab your ear lobe. That tends to open up the ear canal and allow easier insertion.

They kind of screw in. When it is in all the way, the part that goes deep in your ear is at the bottom and the rest sites higher. To insert it, hold it so the part that goes deep in your ear is on top. Place that in/at the edge of the opening. Then "screw" it in by rotating it so the top goes toward the back of your head. I am probably explaining this horrible but that is what works for me.

You have to use your toes or else they won't fit...
