diamond d guides choice vs galco great alaskan shoulder\chest holster

I'm getting a Ruger super redhawk Alaskan 44 mag and am undecided between two holsters for carry during hunting, any suggestions on which one
is better ?

Diamond D is good. Same for Barranti and 7X. Looked at a Galco and wasn't impressed.

Simply Rugged uses too much material, they're bulkier than they need to be.

Have two of the Galcos for Redhawks, quite satisfied.

Thanks for the replies guys, I didn't list the chesty player because like jack Moser I find the holsters to be way to big

Chest Holster

I am in the market for a chest holster for my 44 mag Super Blackhawk. I'd like to know more about your choices for or against the Galco vs. Diamond D models. All of my Galco holsters, belt and shoulder, for my double action revolvers have been good. I have a 1.5" Galco pants heavy duty belt that I have been wearing several times a week since I bought it in 1997.
