It works!!

I got into reloading a couple of months ago using a Classic Lee Loader Kit for .45 ACP. Today I took my first batch of reloads loaded of of a Lee turrent press to the range.

Here are the results.

Load was 230gr RNL bullets over 7 grains of HS-6 out of my XD45 Compact. Range was 15 yards shooting off of a sandbag.
I think I'm hooked!

Hooked? Yeah, that happens. Easy to understand when you can create real accuracy for half the price of junk commercial ammo.

Nice shootin' !! I hope you didn't start reloading to save money. You'll easily spend 2-3 times the amount you would have spent on ammo for equipment and components. The plus side is that you'll shoot 10 times as much! Welcome to the addiction. Soon you'll find yourself at the range shooting only because you don't have any empty cases to reload.

Nice group, No idea if your a hunter or not if so it gets plenty more addicting. Wait till you kill you first deer with handloads. It is kinda like catching the first fish with a lure you made or fishing pole you made. Actually it is a fun productive hobby made even more fun. your gonna spend more but shoot ten times as much = 10Xmore fun.
