IDPA holsters
I shoot a Beretta 92 FS 9mm and I am thinking of increasing my speed with some new equipment.
I am looking to up my 'game' in IDPA. I use either a Galco or Don Hume leather holster and mag pouch. I have noticed most of the fastest shooters use the Kydex stuff. Are the Fobus holsters legal? What are some that are legal but not too expensive? |

I think the best buy in the field is from Blade Tech.
Holster, double mag pouch, and paddle to change from belt loop for $45. Holster alone is $18 for belt, $21 for paddle if you have mag carriers. Way ahead of Fobus or Uncle Mike but in their price range. http://www.blade-tech.com/Injection-...ers-c-259.html |

Thanks for the advice! That looks like good quality stuff and for a reasonable price.

Jim,
I think the less expensive Blade-tech holsters are not made of kydex. I'm looking at a Comp-tac and Bladetech holsters. Has Sidearmor fallen out of favor? Used to be quite popular. |

The injection molded holsters are not Kydex. OTOH they are still the best holster for the money. I think they are a little easier on the finish than the Kydex holsters.
