How reliable is the Taurus Judge??
Daughters' acqaintance has a Judge, the hammer is down and the cylinder rotate.
Something easy to fix or send into factory. Thanks for responses. |

Yuck... sounds like a damaged bolt or hand. Probably not an easy fix, you need to send it in and let the factory fix it properly.

Taurus offers very few parts to the gunsmithing supply houses. In addition, they offer a lifetime warranty. Call them for details.

Taurus will make it right... their service is pretty good

Lifetime warranty so send it to them. Very large international company selling, and servicing a lot of products so it may take a few weeks. I haven't had any problems with any of my guns from Taurus so I don't have personal experience wirh their service department. However a good friend did have an issue wirh a Taurus revolver. Fixed perfectly, and returned in about a month

You answered your own question, a few trips to the factory may cause it to be reliable. My experience wth two is contrary to the term "reliable".
