Lots of locks

I have a bunch of cable padlocks that came with various guns I bought over the years. None of them have ever been used since the day I brought the gun home with me. Is there any market for these? I am hoping someone (maybe a used gun dealer) might be interested in a bunch of locks of various brands all at one time, but I don't want to waste my time setting up and monitoring a for-sale post if there is no interest. It might really be a waste of time, since I know that many of you also have a bunch of these locks.

In MD they are required for every handgun sale. Not just any lock but the cable through the bore type.

I'd guess that's your market, right there as the going rate for them is about $35.oo a shot.

If you're talking about the type now given with virtually every new handgun, and also handed out free by many police depts., I'd say the market is zero.

Take the two boxes and sell them at the flea market to farmers who can use them to lock pasture gates. LOL!

I'll tell you who'll want them - motorcyclists. Lots of modern bikes have funky helmet locks that make you lift the seat in order to lock the helmet. Total pain in the butt. With one of those gun cable-style locks, you can lock the helmet to various spots on the bike without lifting the seat.

They make an excellent child proofing lock for low kitchen cabinet doors for when guests with young'uns arrive. Kids do love those pots and pans for some reason.
