Remington 410?
I'm looking for any info on a Remington break action single shot .410. My father purchased one in new in 1955. He said it had an internal hammer and you would cock it using a 3/8 x 3/8" square plate below the break lever. He swears it was a Remington, but from my research I'm guessing its not. Any help would be appreciated.

Remington has ever had only three (3) .410 break-open single-barrel shotguns in their lineup:
The self-made Model 1883 #3 with side opening lever The self-made Model of 1902 #9 with top opening lever The recently imported (2006) Baikal (Russian) SPR, aka "Spartan", with bottom opening lever Here's the link to Remington's historical data: http://www.remington.com/product-fam...-shotguns.aspx . |
