.38 Spec self defense ammo.?
I love shooting the hot, light bullet SD AMMO (nonPlus P ammo)through my Model 10 and36!

As long as it's non plus P, bullet weight should not matter about strength of your Colt.
Point of impact in relation to the sights will be different, depending on what Colt made the sight for. Shoot it and adjust accordingly. |
