CIA 12 ga HD Pump Shotgun ??

Anybody know anything about these? They're imported by Century from China. Dunham's sells them for $129.
Probably isn't any pistol grip stocks available for them???

I just learned alot about Norinco. They are a large
Chinese manufacturer of many, many different products. They aren't a little cracker box operation. The company, as a whole, may be larger than Winchester, Remington and Mossberg, put together.
This doesn't mean they make a better gun. But, with the low cost of labor, no research and development, or advertising costs I can see how they can make a low priced 'knock-off'.

I wasn't planning on using it as a HD gun, so i don't think my life depends on $129,...of course, unless it explodes on me.

I've checked the archives and do find some that like the Chinese guns. I'm not really into the politic of the whole thing, but I do prefer to buy American. However, I can't turn the buying habits of the whole country around. Look at all the people that shop at Walmart and THINK they're buying American.

From what I've seen the Norinco, of more specifically the Dunham's $129 special, which not labeled as a Norinco, is made by t hem is that it's a fairly rough gun that needs some grinding, and tweaking to shoot better.

But then, isn't that what hasn't to be done to a Ruger 10/22, also?

Norinco is actually a corporate cover for the PLA (People's Liberation Army) of China. Some of their corp "execs" are actually PLA officers. Really want to contribute to the Red Army?

I think the point was made.

The only mechanical problem that Norinco has had as a company is soft steel. Their versioon of the M1A is well known for soft steel in the bolts - leads to excessive headspace in a short period of time.

They may have that issue under control, but I'm still leery.
