Shilen twist rates
Shilen barrel maker gives their opinion of optimal twists for specific calibers and bullet weights. This would be useful if you are planning to build a rifle:

When I was in school, we weren't messing with oddball bullets that called for strange twists.

It's not really a list based on opinions--it's more like their range of options for optimizing a particular caliber depending upon ballistic needs and intended uses.
