Anyone else carry a CZ?

Just curious about how many folks here carry one. When I was legally allowed to keep a firearm (current residence abroad forbids me from having personal firearms), I was carrying a CZ75 Compact. I adore this gun to this day and was by far the most comfortable double stack handgun I’ve ever had the pleasure of shooting.

However, it does get a little heavy, so I’ve been exploring and experimenting with the CZ P10C as well (verdict is still out for this particular one, though it is pleasant to shoot)

Outside of these, I will fully admit that I am a huge fan of CZ products. So far, handgun wise, I’ve not really found one that I’ve disliked shooting. CZ75B’s to Rami’s and Shadows, they all have shot well for me. Most just seem to “fit” well in my hands.

I am carrying a CZ P-10C right now, and it is quite nice. I have the new White Nitride, which has some differences over the original, and shoots perfectly for me. I have carried a CZ of one kind or another for well over 20 years now, and even with the steel framed versions it comes down to the belt and holster. I use High Noon Holsters extensively, and love the products, work Very well.

Welcome to the CZ echo chamber. I carry the P07 and love it. It has never jammed on me in 1000 rounds.

I also have a CZ-85B. My first CZ. It also has been very reliable and accurate.

I also share your feelings that CZ pistols just feel right in the hand.

I carry my CZ82 every day I work in the gun shop. OC, in a G-Code paddle made for a Makarov.

I am in the exact same boat. I carry a 75D PCR. First CZ was an 85 I bought in the service in Germany ~1989/90ish. You hit the nail on the head, by far the most comfortable double stack handgun. Love the way it shoots, a perfect carry gun for me. I bought a Rami (both to see if I liked it better and to feed my CZ crack habit), but I go back to the 75 every time. The Rami is a great gun, but I like the PCR better. Prior to that I carried a Mod 2 .45. Also a very comfortable gun, but heavier and I'm more confident with the PCR.

I have a Shadow and a 97 in my future!

Where they difficult to find locally for any of ya’ll? It took me forever to find my Compact CZ75, and I just happened to get lucky while strolling into a gun shop for my P10C. Bought it right there on the spot.

I really want to try shooting a 97B but after holding it, the gun is VERY large for my medium sized hands (palms are roughly 3” in width? I believe that’s considered medium sized). However, shooting one of these guns would be what makes or breaks it for me.

I love CZ products, and having something in .45 ACP is just kind of a no brained for the collection. But if it doesn’t shoot well in my hands, then I’d likely have to go for a 1911 instead.

I often carry my P-07, and sometimes my SP-01. The Sphinx SDP(close enough to CZ) gets a lot of carry time, too.

Yep, another one here that carries CZ, but definitely march to the beat of my own drum as my choice is predominantly a CZ 100, or sometimes my DAO-converted P-07 Duty. Haven’t had any issues out of either of them after well over firing 2,000+ rounds through each.

I've carried a P01. It cuts a bit of weight from the 75 compact with its alloy frame.

Have since converted to something smaller/skinnier... but the P01 is a good option.

I just shot my 75 Compact, all steel, at the range today! I occasionally carry it in a AIWB JM Custom Kydex holster. For as heavy as it is, it carries pretty well. However, if I really wanted a CZ for carry, I'd go with the PCR Compact, which I also used to own.

My usual daily carry now is either a Walther P99 Compact or PPS M2 9mm. Their both lighter and smaller, but very easy to shoot well like CZ's. The P99C, with it's decocker allowing for a heavier first shot with lighter followups, even operates like a traditional hammer fired DA/SA CZ.

CZ 75 PCR, I really like this pistol. Fits great in my hands, smooth accurate shooter. I got it for a very decent price. Nowadays there are also tons more holster options, I like the STEALTH GEAR IWB.

I've been carrying a 75D PCR since I bought it new in 2000. I really like the pistol, and it has served me well. I have four CZ pistols, and a Gen 1 Kadet Kit. They are among my favorite pistols.

I carry a CZ75 compact. Absolutely love it. I'm a big fan of the hammer fired DA/SA setup anyhow and the 75 compact is just a perfect carry size. It has rocked in training too. Just as fast as any Glock. I seriously don't even notice the DA to SA transition.

I just switched from carrying my D PCR to P10. Man, the felt difference is huge. I wasn't sure how long it would take me to adjust and become as comfortable with the P10, but I guess I worried for nothing.

I saw a cheap RAMI back in the day.

If I had my head on straight, I would have bought it.

P-01 up until about 6 weeks ago. I've decided to give the whole plastic, striker fired thing another try.

Cz75 fits my hand perfectly, unfortunately i don't own one anymore. Had a Rami for a while but wasn't as comfortable in the hand, traded it in on a S&W CS9 which i much prefer.

I carry a p07 in 9mm 95% of the time I'm on duty. Zero failures in about 1k rounds and phenomenally accurate and easy to shoot fast with. I do two target drills, with a third no shoot target, at 10 yards. Drawing from a thumbreak holster under a cover garment I am faster, and more accurate, with this pistol than any other I've tried it with. Including a G19 and a 1911. Full disclosure, there are some CGW parts in it. Makes it all the better

I carry a P10C off duty. Lightweight, great trigger, and fits my hand like a glove.. I love it. It's my first CZ, but will not be my last, especially with all the great things I hear about the CZ75
