Winchester Service Grade ammo?

New stuff being sold now specifically 7.62X51 Ball

I will be shooting it in a PTR91K, 16" barrel. I have shot German Men, PMC Bronze and some others, all 147 grain FMJ. The PTR has been 100% and the best I can do is about 2 1/2" 3 shot groups at 100 meters with the drum/post iron sights....this is the best as groups are often larger. The peepers ain't what they used to be

I wouldn't expect this ammo to do better but would hope it wouldn't shoot any worse....I like the iron sights and the weapon has no rail. I will keep it as is.

Would appreciate any opinions on this Winchester ammo.
