After-market Front Sight: Ruger SP-101

I'd like to replace the stock black front sight on my 2 1/4" bobbed hammer snubbie carry revolver. This little guy also spends the night under my pillow. What would be recommended for both day/night use for a revolver this size? I realize for most folks, myself included, this is only a short range gun so I figure quick acquisition and something visible in varying lighting conditions would be great.

I have always wanted one of these for my Sp-101. The small one.
