Stay Away From This Company!!!
I recently ordered a set of High Visibility Gun Sight Coatings from BRIGHT SIGHTS, INC. I paid $25.00 for the set which is not too big a deal. The sight coatings came in the mail but I had decided to go with some TFO sights instead and wanted to return them.
Well after 12 phone messages and 16 e-mails, 3 weeks later no one has still returned my messages. I guess I am stuck with them. In my opinion I would Stay far away from BRIGHT SIGHTS, INC. Tell your friends!!

Bad Exp
Going through the same thing with a stun baton I ordered. The item wasn't inluded in the shipment. I left vm's and emailed. Got an email response that it was backordered but have yet to receive anything 8 weeks later. Guess I'm looking at taking the $55 loss.

At least you got a reply! BRIGHT SIGHTS always has an answering machine when you call and I have sent e-mails to 3 various addresses they have. Nothing has been answered.
Guess they only answer for orders. I am calling american express and I am going to challenge the charges!

Well, at least you got the product. Throw it on ebay or gunbroker, and recoup. Or, if you're like me, you have a Great Big Box That Will Someday Go To A Gunshow.

Good item for PIF...if you recoup your losses. Wonder if those would breathe new life in my Yugo SKS dead tritium sights...or at least give SOMETHING to look at.

That will help, get someone bigger than them on your side. But be aware that, if the company can prove you received the sights, you may be stuck with them anyway. Unless it's written into their buying policy and advertised publicly, no company is required to return your funds for goods that are in acceptable condition.

I also bought their kit and 'painted' a couple of sights with the glow paint. Worked just like the dial on a watch, for about three weeks. Now it doesn't light up at all.
Another waste of money. |
