Snipers, Inc

Did anyone here see Snipers Inc last night? I don't know if it's new or not but it's a documentary-style tv show on Nat Geo with the Barrett family.

I thought it was surprisingly pretty good mainly because didn't have the ridiculous drama that many of the other reality shows have.

The only cringe moment was when 2 women came into the store looking for a gun and one of the employees immediately reached for the S&W 38 j-frame and even said something about the gun being pink. LOL

Anyway, just throwing it out there.

It's being shown again next Weds, Nov. 14 at 4pm, for those, like me, who didn't know about it.
Thanks for the tip.

Nothing wrong with a 38. snub. Can't go wrong with one. Especially if you plan on carrying.

I watched it almost a year ago. I liked it. That program made the M98 Bravo move up on my list...

A bit of a veer here, but a J frame is not an easy gun to shoot well, especially the "Airweight" version. I didn't see the show, but if the clerk made this recommendation to a beginner, I can understand someone thinking it inappropriate. You can indeed "go wrong" with recommending it for some individuals. It takes more than a pink grip to make a handgun appropriate for a woman with little or no shooting experience.
