I received a pretty piece of wood that wasn't my order and didn't meet my needs (size wise). Keith Newton hand picked an new piece and sent that replacement which was as nice as my original order and let me keep the first piece. The mistake was fixed very quickly and with great communication on Keith's part. I will use him again if I decide to do another one off custom rifle. The only problem now is the extra wood means an extra project.
