NY Attorney General Charges Against NRA Amended

After the judge ruled out dissolution of the NRA, Letitia James drew up new charges. Charges against WLP, Powell, Frazer and Phillips appear more detailed.

BTW: The DC attorney general has charged the NRA with reimbursing NRA Foundation money squandered by WLP and his minions. This action, if approved, could bankrupt the NRA.

Skip all the gobbledegook and jump directly to the bottom of page 174. Basically, what she is now asking for is what I believe most thinking members of the NRA would like -- to see LaPierre and his cabal ousted, and to have them make restitution to the NRA of the monies they have plundered.
