Reloder 17 & 7.5X55 Swiss?
Folks, I have heard that the Swiss GP11 ammo has been loaded with Reloader 17 propellant.
Anyone with experience or load data for 168 ~ 175 gr bullets using Alliant Reloader 17? Roger

There is some data to be found via Google for that powder and 174-175 grain bullets- but none published by IMR (in fact, I think IMR's reloading data is very limited overall and sucks eggs...)
Be very careful about using published OAL's- I used Sierra's OAL data for this cartridge for my K-31 and couldn't even close the bolt. Luckily my son caught the error before sending rounds. The published load data/OAL's seem to originate from the older M1896/M1911 rifles and the K-31 is MUCH shorter throated. Use of an OAL gauge and bullet comparator is warranted.

4895 and bullets around 175-180 give me the best results in 7.5 Swiss rifles.
