Raising money for Vet Organization with firearm raffle

Our post let me stick my foot in it.
I'm really glad to do it if I can pull it off.
Want to get a quality firearm not plastic and cast for as little as possible for a raffle.
Anyone here familiar with approaching wholesellers or even manufacturers or retailers.
We have three in our state.
PM me please with any advise.
Years ago I did such stuff for Lions Club and Sertoma but I'm not as forward or as much brass then.

You didn't say what state, but Ruger Firearms - Model 77 or Ruger #1 may be good choices.
