H 110 is too slow a powder for that cartridge. The faster pistol powders are preferred in the 7.62 Tok. I use Win 231 in mine but according to my Lyman book Red Dot looks like the #1 pick.

QuickLOAD

suggests that Norma "R123" is the "best" power, but I am not sure that it is available any more. Other powders that are also good, and roughly the same with respect to velocity, are Rottweil "P806", Ramshot "", Alliant "Power Pistol", Accurate "#7", Alliant "2400", "Lovex-D0051", Vihtavuori "N105", Alliant "Blue Dot".

I have done experiments to see how much power I can get out of a Tokarev.

S&B brass reloads are a little better than Starline brass. The capacity is similar, but the S&B heads are a little harder, and can take a little more powder before the primers would fall out.

Per my experiments, Power Pistol is better than AA#9, H110, LIL'GUN, N105, XMP5744, LONGSHOT, Ramshot [AA#9 again], AA#5, 3N37, HS-6, Re7, Unique, 2400, STEEL, 800X, H164, Blue Dot, or AA#7.

And don't even think about working up strange loads in a CZ52. They are not stronger than the Tokarevs, no matter what the load books say.
