not sure how to load

I have a shilo sharps.To start out I inhereted when he passed about 23 years .He ordered it before he passed and never had chance to see it or hold it.It came with empty 458 win.mag.it looks like they been stretched straight.My question is do I load it using 458 dies or what should I do?

Should say on the barrel what caliber the rifle is chambered for. We need that to reply to your question. Most likely, though, it's not a .458 Win Mag chamber.

That's sounds like a real nice rifle. Would love to see some pics if you got 'em. Shiloh makes a gorgeous rifle.

I have had it for 22 years and got around to shooting it.My dad order it and passed away before it arived.
