can I use cci # 34 in bolt guns rem 700 o6 and tikka 6.5 cm. TKS

They are equivalent to cci large rifle magnums, but have a change to the anvil angle to make them harder to set off for military use. As long as your firing pin has enough power, they will work

Yes. CCI told me the cups and priming mix and quantity are identical to the CCI 250. Only the anvil is changed to match the H-test sensitivity to that of the military #34s.

Do note that this is not actually a military primer. CCI makes those, too, but they have no nickel plating on the cups, and there is an elaborate series of proof of performance tests large samples of each lot of military primers have to pass. If they did that to this civilian version of the #34, the price would be a good bit higher.
