S&w m&p 15tlinq

Anyone have one and how do you rate it? What do you think of the LINQ?

I literally just heard about this model. I'm intrigued by the linq system but have no experience with it. It's a fairly new model of MP15 so you probably won't get much info. As for the rifle itself, I think the smith and Wesson rifles are good to go. I never had a problem with mine, still using the lower for my BCM upper. No complaints.

Who is selling these and for how much? I know the linq itself is around $300

Well, $1,500 for this one...out of my reach until one of the lottery tickets hits but no worries 'cause I'm not really a big fan of lasers on weapons.

Solution looking for a problem. I am not sure what the fascination is with laser sights on everything these days.

The base rifle looks fine but for that kind of money there are better rifles than the S&W line. IMHO

Not a fan of having anything that requires a battery on a rifle.

Batteries are going to become very hard to find in the zombie apocalypse.

The rifle is not based on their less expensive Sport line, however, after checking specs I would rather have three Sports than one laser mounted rifle. I have several Sport's in the racks and invariably when I head for the gravel pit one of them is in the pile of AR's I take as they are accurate and flawless functioning shooters ( as are all my AR's).
