Lone wolf barrels
Just got back from the range and after firing my glock 26 with a new compensated 2 slot barrel, I must say that I'm truly impressed. It does what it's supposed to. Follow up shots are quicker on target and is more accurate because of barrel length. Barrel protrudes about 1" from frame. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go to the range again. Until next time, tight groups!

I have a Lone Wolf 6" barrel in my Glock 20 currently. I have been happy with it so far.

I got a Lone Wolf 40sw barrel for my Glock G29 10mm. It did well that I'm thinking of an extended 10mm barrel for it.

I have the Lone Wolf extended ported barrels and like them, reduces muzzle flip and increases velocity slightly.
Glock 19 stock barrel: Winchester white box 115 FMJ @ 1,135 fps HST 147 gr. +P @ 1,035 fps Remington Golden Saber 124 +P @ 1,131 fps HST 124 +P @ 1,200 fps Glock 19 Lone Wolf extended ported barrel: Winchester white box 115 FMJ @ 1,188 fps fps HST 147 gr. +P @ 1,068 fps Remington Golden Saber 124 +P @ 1,150 fps HST 124 +P @ 1,223 fps Glock 23 stock barrel: Ranger T 165 gr. @ 1,139 fps Gold Dot 180 gr. @ 953 fps HST 180 gr. @ 966 fps Glock 23 Lone Wolf extended ported barrel: Ranger T 165 gr. @ 1,186 fps Gold Dot 180 gr. @ 969 fps HST 180 gr. @ 981 fps

I've had several Lone Wolf conversion barrels and they've all been good. A 9mm barrel LW barrel I owned for the Glock 35 seemed to function better with hotter loads. A lighter recoil spring assembly might have been the solution, but the 34 and 35 use the same recoil assembly -- and I didn't want to go with a different guide rod style (i.e. rod and separate, non-captured spring), so I just tried to find hotter ammo. (I don't roll my own...) |

I like the Lone Wolf that I put in my Glock 20. It seems to be more accurate but I swapped it out so early in ownership that I really couldn't tell you. I handload, 10mm brass is not cheap and I quickly got tired of bulged brass.
