Lock-N-Load Bushings

Has anyone used the Hornady Lock-N-Load conversion bushings on their RCBS press? If so, how do you like it?

I use them in my Rockchucker and am quite pleased with them.

Die changes take 5 seconds and no fiddling with them once you have them set up right and tightend down.

Dies with the bushings on them will not fit in the OEM die case (Lee for me), but the MTM 12 die holder box works great.

The Hornady die boxes will also store dies with LNL bushings installed. Room for 4 dies, shell holder, and a seater plug or two.

Danny,
You mount the Lock-n-load adapter on your RCBS or any other press threaded for 1.25x12, then screw the regular 7/8x14 dies into the bushings. Then, the bushings/dies just snap in and out of the press using about 1/8 turn.
Very fast, and seems to be accurate and repeatable. Rather inexpensive as well.
Hornady has a nice picture of the system at:

on page 14.

I'm trying to keep my costs down and did not want to buy them if they didn't work like they advertise.
Thanks for the help.

Will add my 2 cents to the mix.
Also use the LnL with my RockChucker press works GREAT. Was contemplating the Lyman turret press but I found that this works like a charm. 3 seconds to change out dies.
I use the single stage press to make up custom small lots and could not be happier.
Use a Hornady LnL progressive for the pistol and 223 ammo, just as happy.
