Black Hills Leather
Just reading a bunch of negative posts for holster and leather makers/dealers. I have been dealing with Rudy at Black Hills Leather in Laredo, Texas, for almost 5 years now.Always been a quick easy transactionand the holsters are excellent quality. Just ordered another holster from them last month. Great and easy to deal with.

My Tombstone rig
I thought they were pretty darn good.
I ordered one of the Tombstone rigs for a S&W 629 Classic w/ 5" barrel. I had some special instructions that I needed done tho. I specified a snap down strap instead of the hammer thong. I got the rig within 30 days, only they had built the holster for a 4" barrel instead of the 5" I had specified. I spoke to Rudy, explained the problem, Rudy said to keep the 4" and that the 5" will be there within another 2 weeks. When it came I was very impressed with the rig, very well done. And I've seen some of these rigs, from other leather shops sell for twice the price, with a lot less quality. http://www.bhlstore.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=790 Bruce |
