I have a 12 year old Cannon Fire Safe. It's a great safe and is giving me good service. I had a simple question about the door seal and I went to their website and filled out an exhaustive form and typed out my question and waited and waited for a response. Then about a week later I did the same thing. Still no response. Then I emailed their tech support folks directly and I NEVER received a response their either. So finally I called today and after getting bounced around to three people and they finally realized I wanted Customer Support they dumped me into a plan old answering machine. I'm still waiting for a return call. I'm very surprised that Cannon treats their Past customers this way and this attempt to talk to them about a small problem will certainly influence my purchase of my next safe when I upgrade. Rest assured I won't be looking at Cannon as I don't think they have any customer support.............
