Sorry Oleg, I wouldn't call them competant after all that crap. Stop being so nice to people like that - they see you're easy, so they roll you over.
1. They destroyed your rifle. 2. They did not reassemble your rifle properly, causing it to fall apart when firing, risking damage to your person. A part of the rifle is still missing. 3. They restricted the use of your rifle because the rear sight is too far forward and prevents the useage of stripper clips. 4. They BLAMED YOU, even you were clear in what you wanted. I suggest you place the telephone number of Custom Gunsmithing here, and ask that local TFLers call in and tell them they won't be doing business there. This business survives by word of mouth, and it can be destroyed like that, too. |

This mess cost a lot of time and aggravation. When I said they were competent, I meant that they have done good work for other. They just didn't give a damn about my business an so messed up a nice rifle and abused my patience afterward. I don't think they will come to their senses and make things right. I might file with BBB for all the good that would do. |

BBB, any news agency which cover customer abuse type cases, letter's from attorney w/ possible litigation to follow, all just for starters.
