Raw ar 15 hand guard help

Can anyone link me to a site or tell me where I can find a raw, unfinished 7075 t6 aluminum hand guard with mlok? I found 2 sites but one is out of stock and the other is kind of pricey and might not be 7075.

Another question i have is length.
Would a 15 inch be a good length for a 16 inch barrel?

Im also wondering the same thing about a raw 7075 T6 buffer tube. I found one option but its out of stock. There's Andersons and chandler but those are 6061.

Currently im waiting but I would like to see if theres more options out there.
