Special Weapons MP5K?
I've found an SBR MP5K clone from Special Weapons that I'm thinking about getting.
But I'm a little leery of it, given that I've read tons of hype & talk on the internet about the owner of SW but does anyone here have actual trigger time & experience with Special Weapons I'm not trying to kick off a bash fest of anyone, rather just get the facts. Thanks!

I have never fired one myself. As you mentioned, there are volumes of info on the web about them. Some of them seem to run well, others don't.
If you can test fire before buying, you should be fine. |

The ones I have seen were acceptable but not great, on the outside, not very good at all on the inside (lots of coarse edges, machine marks etc.) but they did fire.
I think of them as low end look alike guns, akin to the Mac clones, fine if you have not much money to play with and desire a certain look, but IF I were to do ATF paper for a SBR it would be on a better base gun than that. |
