I just bought a Marlin 1894 CS .357 mag rifle. I shot it for the first time today and had alot of fun. What is the proper sighting method when using the Markin semi-buckhorn sights?
Also, what is the proper method to adj the sights? The manual does not go into great detail about this, and i do not want to damage the sights.
Thanks

The method I use. Put masking tape on the barrel below the sight to prtect against uh ohs. Put the gun in a rifle vise or have someone hold it on a padded rest. Use a brass drift and a hammer and gently tap the rear sight, then test fire.
