I did a search and did not find that this had been posted before, so don't think it has, but if it has, sorry. I searched all forums for last 3 months, with "hostage* AND video".

Sorry First; gonna have to close this one. It's not the graphic part. There's just no source, no background info, nothing to be had but.... well, graphic video. If you can find background to go with it that has tactically instructive value, feel free to do Part Deux.
