Desert Eagle magazine oddity

Just curious if I have a future collector's item or if other 50AE owners have a similarly marked one.

As you can see, the 50AE magazine on the right has been date and caliber stamped in an odd fashion.
It is a MR magazine. Both it and the 5-95 to the left have the early 'grooved top' follower that has been notched for the standard 'hook' magazine spring

Any others out there?

Someone assembled the bunter incorrectly.

It happens.

Probably will never be anything other than a curiosity.

Isn't the 22nd month vacation time, or is that only if you are making 5 caliber magazines?
