Out of my Javelina yes it does step on out there pretty good at 1350fps. That is a modest load for it to be honest. I like it for the accuracy and in the SS pistol, it don't recoil much if any. Sort of like shooting some standard 230gr loads out of a regulation 45 ACP. At least thats how I find it.

The zippers are the 135gr Nosler's powdered by a max load of AA-5. THey are steppin out at around 1550fps.

That 7" barrel has more to do with it than anything though.

The 180gr GD though are my standard loads and I have used them on quite a few hogs. They preform just how one would want them too, good solid hit with plenty of penetration.

Sierra 190 fp tournaments with Power Pistol. Those bullets are hard to get right now though.
