Any lead 120-125 gr data will do.
My personal load is 4.6 gr Unique with CCI or Winchester SP primers. (I tested both, separately, and now use them interchangeably in that load.) Set the OAL you like, and work up from 4.3 gr. Max will be around 4.9-5.3 gr, depending on the data source you choose. But, you may find a good load (like I did) long before you reach max.
