Customizing Mk II bolt

I want to “dress-up” the bolt finish on my matted SS Ruger Mark II Target and I am looking for ideas specially any that I can do myself. I know there is jewelling but what are the other possibilities?

Thanks for the help guys.

Well, you could get one of those Jack-In-The-Box antenna clown's heads and epoxy it on to the bolt. Just kidding! Jeweling the bolt body is good, but it will get scuffed up pretty quick on a semi-auto pistol. I just got done rebuilding a basket case Ruger Standard Auto pistol, and I checkered the "ears" on the back of the bolt at 20 lines per inch. The only limitations are your imagination and your ability.
