New AR

I'm going to pick up my new RRA LAR-8 Standard Operator at lunch today. I'm super stoked to get this thing. I love my RRA LAR-15 Special Operator, and I've been wanting to add a .308 to my tool box for a long time. Can't wait to get it out to the range this weekend.

Here's a crappy phone pic. This is a seriously sweet rifle. I'm waiting for my Nikon M-308 scope to get here. Currently I have a cheap Tasco on it, but so far it delivers on the 1 MOA at the range. I was actually getting 1/2 MOA groups with some 168 grain reloads. I think this will be my new deer gun.

Very nice! I picked up a Rock River myself last month. A 18" Varmint in .223. I went with the same scope mount you have.

This is my second RRA. I also have a LAR-15 Elite Operator. I have been extremely impressed with their quality. Both rifles are extremely accurate. My 15 is a beast on hog hunts.
