High cap magazines.

I have been trying to find information about high capacity magazines relative to the new anti-gun bill. I take it that such mags are banned as per the bill, but have not seen any reference to "grandfathering" existing, already in possession mags (as was in the 1994 act).

Someone enlighten me please.

What bill? State?? Federal??

There is no new Federal bill, yet. Senate "agreements" are not bills.
