Bart B, when removeng the expander ball from the full size sizing die, I'm not using a bushing die. is it still OK to remove.

No, leave the expander ball in. The full length sizing die makes the case neck too small. That expander opens it up to the size to hold the bullet. The die is made to size thin neck walls down far enough so the ball can make them usable.

Only if the die's neck has been enlarged to a couple thousandths less than a loaded round's neck diameter should that ball be removed.

It's not necessary to tumble cases after sizing them. Especially if the cases were tumbled and cleaned before lubing and sizing them. Just clean the lube off.
