I don't believe Wilson had anything to do with these. Read the fine print, they just put in the Wilson spring kit.

I could do that or I could buy two regular Ruger revolvers and get basic upgrades for both of them at the local gunsmith...

Yep, ... sans a rail under the barrel, it's merely tacticool, not tactical.
