Any dealers ordering SCARs yet - question about config.

So my understanding is that SCAR Lights should be shipping by end-of-month. Hopefully. Either way, I was told the buyer for the pistol range and shop I go to had ordered some already. Unfortunately, gearing up and practicing for the sporting season, haven't made it to the indoor range in a bit. So my question - anyone here placed any orders? Because my specific question to follow, then, is: Is FNH selling an semi-auto SBR version to the civilian market? 'Cause the 10" barrels sure are fun, even if it completely cheats the cartridges the rifle's chambered in.

Last rumor I heard was that only 200 SCAR-Ls are coming in initially, more to follow hopefully (politics allowing and all that) sometime in the Spring.

I suspect all the rifles they are currently bringing in are going to be equipped with 16" barrels. Rumor was a year or two ago that civilian SCARs would not be set up to allow quick barrel changes, but that may have just been speculation or may have been wrong in any case.

I don't know if I want a SCAR or an ACR massada.Im leaning twards an ACR
in AK configuration but if I get a SCAR it's going to be the HEAVY 308 version.

Decision's decision's...
