Wiese v. Becerra

SAF, CalGuns and others are taking on CA ban on high capacity magazines.

Article Here.

The complaint says that the magazine ban is unconstitutional magazines are “an intrinsic part of all semi-automatic firearms” and not just pieces of personal property.

...and they have some seizure without "due process" language in the complain as well.

What do ya think? Going to the SC or no?

Appeals court for NY and CT has already upheld magazine capacity limits. Cases get the the SCOTUS when there's a circuit split. Unless the 9th Circus decides to disallow magazine capacity restrictions (unlikely) I don't see a circuit split, so the SCOTUS could decline to hear an appeal.
