Power Pistol for .32 auto
I would like to load this using the 71 grain FMJ bullets that I have. However, the only loads I can find are for 60 grain Speer bullets. Does anyone have data for loading Power Pistol with 71 grain bullets and also know what the FPS speed might be? TIA

The Alliant load for 32acp is 3.6 gr Power Pistol 60 gr Gold Dot .94"
The Speer load for 32acp is 3.6 gr Power Pistol 60 gr Gold Dot .94" CAUTION: The following post includes loading data beyond or not covered by currently published maximums for this cartridge. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Neither the writer, The Firing Line, nor the staff of TFL assume any liability for any damage or injury resulting from use of this information. I have worked up to 32acp to 6.5 gr Power Pistol 60 gr Gold Dot .97" [case full] I have worked up to 32acp to 5.2 gr Power Pistol 110 gr JHP 1.175"[sheared off Kel-Tec P32 ejector / slide stop from too much recoil] The factory ammo and book loads would penetrate 1" of Douglas Fir wood. The hot loads I worked up penetrated as much as 5" of Fir.
