I think reducing the loads a little won't hurt accuracy to much(if anything improve it possibly)especially being new to handloading.I have reduced my loads (max load at 25gr)to 17 gr and almost cycled my ar15 fine and the accuracy @ 100yrds was quite good..Now on the other hand I am using a load now of 23.8 gr of h4895 in 223 with 77gr SMK and get excellent accuracy(for me)@ 625yrds with it and it groups better than the weak stuff I loaded at 17gr. SO,, I think if you go too far on the high side you get DANGER and loss of accuracy and if you go WAY to low on the charges you get malfunctions 1st then possible accuracy loss.I also recommend a powder that SAFELY fills your case at least 1/2 full to make sure you can't make a double charge that could be REAL bad in a BIG wayIf I were you I would use LEE's starting loads in there book for your charges because they will function fine in a semi and they will be within safe pressures..That is how I started and that is what Im still using for reference.Good luck
