Looking for mentor in minnesota

I am new to competitive shooting and live in minnesota. I am looking for someone who is willing to show me the ropes of the sport so to speak. I am well trained in long range shooting but can always use fine tuning. I would like to learn reloading and customs and courtesies of the sport. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Find a match go and attend to see what all are doing what they are shooting. Introduce yourself and ask questions with regards to wanting to start competing. All will be willing to help and offer advise.
