New 870 Express' @ $204

Here's the deal. There's a new Bass Pro Shop in St. Charles MO - just outside of St Louis. They are having a grand opening sale through the 3rd of Sept. Selling Rem 870 Expresses at $229.

Remington currently is giving $25 rebates on the purchase of the 870 Express. Wal-Marts / KMarts will match all competitors advertised sales prices all you need is a copy of the flyer. Contact Bass Pro and I believe they will mail you one. So if I did my math right a new Express would be $204. Now that's not a bad deal!

Academy Sports here in Texas offer the Express for $219 AND have an offer of a $60 aluminium case ( while stocks last, no rainchecks etc ).

Wish I lived in Texas. With rebate that would be $194 for a new 870 plus the case. That's a great deal.

Yup, Academy has 'em for $209 here. After adding tax and subtracting rebate, lessee (scribbles in air for a moment) that's $201.24. And the Academy near me is also giving away an aluminum hard case with the purchase of any Remington or Browning shotgun. Talk about a deal. If my wife wouldn't divorce me, I'd buy another 870. Don't have a 20 gauge...
