.325 WSM load data

I just ordered my new .325 WSM and I am looking for advice from anyone who is loading this cartridge for whitetails. What powder are you using and what bullet? I was thinking a 180gr Nosler Ballistic Tip with H-4350 or H-4831 loaded under max. I am hoping to achieve about 2700-2800 fps with a 23" barrel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That was helpful. I appreciate that link it was awesome. Anyone have any other experience? I have been formulating my own hypotheses but would love to hear from anyone using this cartridge.
