IMR Enduron powders

Anyone used them?

I've used 4451 in 7mm-08AI, 257 Roberts and 284 Win.
It shoots.
Decent accuracy.
Velocities nothing to get excited about.

Biggest selling points are the anti copper fouling and "temp stable".

I'm of the copper equilibrium crowd, so didn't much matter to me.
As far as "temp stable", i shoot some "unstable" powders and found not enough real world difference that i pay it no heed.

The copper elimination is what interests me. I shoot a lot of light for bore Barnes, so CU fouling is always my enemy. I like CFE 223, but it's not good for any of the more overbore cartridges. I guess I will give the Enduron family a try

I shoot IMR4166 in my .308s and with heavy bullets in my .223.
I shoot IMR4451 in my 6.5mm Creedmoor.

IMR4166 is my most accurate powder in my .223s with 69 and 77 grain bullets. H4895 is a distant second. It out performs H4895 by almost 0.060 inches on average.

IMR4451 is the consistently the second most accurate powder in my 6.5mm Creedmoor behind H4350 by about 0.030 on average with no particular weight preference.

There is no way I can measure how well it removes long-term copper fouling because I use Patch-Out after every range session (usually 100 rounds), but I can tell you it cleans up with fewer patches in both rifles than the non-Enduron powders. It cleans up about the same as CFE223, another anti-copper fouling powder.

I use IMR 4451 in my .270 win, and 6.5 Creedmoor and I'm delighted with the results in accuracy, consistency, and velocities.

I guess i should add to my original post.
While i did try that one powder, i should have tried different ones too. I'm not too sure i had tthe optimal bburn rate for my cartridges.

I do use quite a bit of Alliants line of Power Pro powders, and also RL23, RL26.
All have the anticopper/ "temp stable".
PP2000 was giving me ES 7/ SD 2 fps with 7mm-08AI and 140gr Berger VLD.
Nothing to sneeze at.
