does anyone know of a sling mount for a lever action that you dont have to drill the stock?

Get a shotgun sling that wraps around the stock and barrel.

They do make boots with laces, mostly for M/L's. The boot just fits onto the buttstock and part of it covers the buttplate. As far as the forend, you could get a barrel band that has a stud on it, if indeed it has a band or you can install a stud that clamps on to your magazine tube. Check in Uncle-Mike's. Not an easy call. ....
