Vests, where to get the info?
I am looking for vests I can carry in addition to my guns in case a thread is very close. I have no clue about vests at all. Where should I go for information?
Thank you for your time. Stay safe and sound.

If you have access to Lexisnexis in Europe, then search fo them and you will get some info. Try to google (or a browser search) U.S. DOJ (Department Of Justice) and I think they have the tests they did to come up with the designations(?) or requirements that U.S. police departments use. The DOJ information is the most reliable (IMHO) since they don't have the vest manufacturers influencing there take on the results and they are not spouting company propaganda. They propably have never tested Russian body armour though and I have read articles claiming their stuff is the best in the world. But buy American anyway .
